Why Buy a Traverse Point Condo?
- Because Traverse Point is a
luxurious three year old gated community located in
Henderson, Nevada. Henderson is just minutes away from the
Las Vegas Strip, and is one of the fastest growing cities in
the country. Traverse Point offers all of the amenities that
buyers have come to expect: beautiful grounds, open floor
plans, and a resort style pool and clubhouse.
Traverse Point prices will start in the mid to high
$100s.
- Because KB Homes and Centra
Properties have announced a business partnership to develop
a mixed-use urban village development next to the Las Vegas
Beltway, on the corner of Wigwam and Stephanie Street. To be
called Stone Lake, the $400 million, 40-acre venture will be
the valley’s first transit oriented development complete
with 1,200 medium- and high-density homes and condos plus a
small village retail component at a site planned for future
light rail mass transit service that will connect Henderson
to the Strip.
The planned mixed-use project will overlook a unique,
natural lake and a $12 million park to be built by the city
of Henderson around the lake. Also being built at the site
by the city is a regional sports complex. Stone Lake will
also be adjacent to a new elementary school, a grocery
anchored retail center, and a hospital. Traverse Point is
around the corner from Stone Lake, about 2000 feet away.
Stone Lake prices will start in the mid to high $300s.
- Because directly adjacent to
Traverse Point is the urban village development, 17th
and Vine. 17th and Vine, themed after Soho
Village, will have four hundred and sixty six residences,
plus shops, restaurants, and parks. 17th and Vine
is right next door to Traverse Point and is scheduled to
start closing in 2007.
17th and
Vine prices will start in the mid $300s to over $700k.
- Because Traverse Point’s
developer, SunVest Communities, is one of the most reputable
and connected developers in the country. Because SunVest has
over $1 billion in property in its pipeline and enjoys
insider access to the best properties in the markets that
they do business in. As a result, so will you.
Since Moses began buying dirt near
the Pyramids, investors of all kinds have made fortunes
following the “smart money.” It doesn’t take a rocket scientist
to know that if Warren Buffet is buying Coca-Cola, you should
too.
Whether
you are buying a Traverse Point condominium home as a primary
residence, a vacation home, or as an investment, we are
confident that you will look back one, two or ten years from now
on your decision to buy there as one of the best decisions you
have ever made.
