Site Preparation
The foundation rebar has been completed for Tower A and the
final cleaning up of the walls of the hole for Towers B and C is
ongoing. It is truly amazing to see so many heavy construction
trucks zipping around the site and in and out of the hole.
Somehow they all seem to know what they are doing. We are
posting photos taken both on site and from a helicopter over the
site. These can be viewed on our web site under the News
category. The excavation site is 7 acres, 40 feet deep, truly a
spectacular feat of digging.
The first tower crane was completed a couple of weeks ago and
it is a beauty. 280 feet high, brand new, and! bright red. It
can be seen for miles in every direction. It is the tallest
crane in the Southwest. Quite fitting because we will be the
tallest buildings in the Southwest.
Rumor has it that some time in the near future, Jeannine
Cutter, Spanish View Tower Sales Team, will soon be climbing to
the top of that crane. This just in!!! David Berg, Spanish View
Tower Sales Team, will definitely not be climbing the crane.
The big news is: The concrete pour for the foundation of the
first tower is scheduled to start at 1:00 am Saturday morning.
Over 800 cement truck loads in a continuous pour. You do not
have to stay up late to see it because it will take about 22
hours to complete. You will know who to blame if you are tied up
in traffic on the 215 anytime that day.
Design Center
A grand welcome to Jessica Hall Associates, our world renowned
Interior Design Team. Everyone of our residents will be able to
utilize the expertise of these creative artists while bringing
all the elements of a dream home together. Jessica Hall and
Jeannine Cutter have built out an impressive Design Center. Both
included amenities and some dazzling upgrade possibilities are
presented. For those of you who are the lucky future residents,
expect to spend a few enjoyable hours with The Team. Bring your
wildest ideas.
We invite you all to come stroll through this lavishly appointed
showroom. Many samples of flooring are displayed, carpet, wood,
natural stone, floor medallions, even leather. We also have
samples of kitchens, fireplaces, faucets, cabinetry,
entertainment systems, wall finishings, etc, etc, etc.
Jessica Hall also will be available to completely furnish a
residence for those who want a truly turn key experience.
TekWorks
Spanish View Tower Homes is proud to welcome TekWorks as
part of the family. This high tech company from Arizona has
an office in the Design Center. They will be the installers
for all the security systems and the entertainment units.
We have working systems displayed showing the security
screens that will be standard features for all our homes.
Also a great little gizmo where you can plug your MP3
players into the wall and listen to your favorite music
through the included intercom system.
What is their greatest accomplishment in the Design Center?
Just ask to see what they are showing as an option in the
Study.
Designer Closets
Everyone wants custom closets for the bedrooms, but what a
hassle if you have to have them built out after you move!
into a new home. Problem solved!! We are so happy to have

integral part of the team.
