JDL Development broke ground for The Mercer
in September of 2007. At that time the
Mercer was already more than 50% sold out
with move-ins expected summer of 2008. Other
condominium projects in the Las Vegas valley
have been delayed due to financial
constraints, but The Mercer project has been
fully financed.
