For investors, Manhattan West has a fabulous rental guarantee program on select homes!  This program is summarized as follows:

• The Developer will provide property management for Buyers who want to have their condominiums rented out.

• The Developer will procure a ready, willing, and able tenant who has been thoroughly investigated.

• The Buyer will close escrow around 3^rd quarter '08- 1^st phase and delivery is expected in September 2008.

• The 2 year rental guarantee kicks into effect from the close of escrow date.

• The Developer pays a guaranteed rental amount to your Buyer each month for 2 years regardless if a tenant is procured.

• The rental guarantee is calculated to cover the estimated core costs (mortgage, HOAs and property taxes).  The calculations are based on a 7% interest only loan with 20% down.
