Contrary to many local developments, Chapel Hill, a new Las Vegas condo project, is actively courting real estate investors with buying incentives that could create a positive cash flow for up to four years. The condominium project's developer, Nevada West, is offering a guaranteed fixed income for two years, two years prepaid homeowners association fees, two years prepaid taxes, two years property management fees, and 2.5 percent towards closing costs.
